Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer refunds?

If you're unhappy with the product, for whatever reason, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee. Get in touch with us and let us know why you'd like a refund, if we can't help resolve the issue or you're not satisfied with the solution we'll provide a refund.

Will I lose my previous events and settings when upgrading from Free to Pro?

Nope! Pro is an add-on for Meta Tag Manager, meaning you'll always keep the free version installed, and Pro adds a set of powerful features on top of what is already available. Because of this, no settings or data are modified when you upgrade, you only need to set up your new features!

How much does it cost to renew the license?

The price will remain the same each year. We are regularly adding new features and strive to provide comprehensive support levels so we're confident you'll continue seeing the value in renewing yearly.

Can I renew my license after it expires?

You can renew whenever you're ready to! There's no difference between renewing before or after your license has expired, once you renew you'll have immediate access to the latest updates and support.

Are Meta Tags Manager and Meta Tags Manager Pro separate plugins?

No. Meta Tags Manager Pro is an add-on for Meta Tags Manager, meaning you install both the free and Pro plugins together. You will always have access to updates for the Meta Tag Manager plugin.

Can I use this plugin on my client's website?

Yes, you can install the plugin and activate it on as many websites as your license allows, but you may not give your clients access to your account on this site.

Access to your account, including premium support and license key management, is provided only to you, the license holder.

What is a 'site' for licensing purposes?

We consider a 'site' to be a single installation of WordPress. For example, if yoursite.com has WordPress installed, but you also install WordPress on yoursite.com/another-wp/ or another-wp.yoursite.com then that's considered two sites. However, if you have MultiSite, that's considered one site even with multiple blogs.

How many sites do I need for a MultiSite installation?

See the FAQ answer above, if you are running one MultiSite installation, then you can use a single site license, regardless of how many blogs/sites you have or even if you use domain mapping.

What happens if I find a bug, or it doesn't work on my WordPress site?

If you find a bug in our plugin, we'll fix it right away. In all cases, we'll help you troubleshoot and find the root of the problem, and in most cases we can provide guidance on how to fix it. We strongly suggest you try out the free plugin first because if that works on your site Pro certainly will.
